3.Can you produce according to customers’ design?
Sure, We are professional manufacturer, OEM and ODM are both welcome.
4. Can you do the unilin and Valinge click system for your SPC floor? Do I need to pay the unilin / Valinge click patent fee?
We have both the unilin and Valinge click system for your choice. If you are going to sell our SPC floor for the American or European market, you need to pay the patent fee. If your market is the other countries or buys for the project, it is no need for you to pay this fee.
5.What are your terms of packing?
Generally, we pack our goods in neutral boxes. If you have your requirements, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes.
6.What are your payment terms?
T/T 30% deposit, balance 70% paid against copy of B/L. Trade Assurance, Paypal, L/C, West Union can be negotiated.
7.How about your delivery time?
Generally, it will take 10 to 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
8.How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
To clean dirt that won’t come up with a sweep or vacuum, use a non-rinsing cleaner that leaves no film and a mop. Never use an abrasive cleaner, oil cleaner, or dish detergent.
